Campus Events and Ceremonies
The Office of Campus Events and Ceremonies is committed to supporting the Indiana University Northwest campus community and its guests in hosting the highest quality activities and celebrations.
We are available to approve meeting and event spaces, organize room setups, coordinate with event production services, and ensure that IU Northwest events meet university guidelines and policies.
Please review the guidelines and policies for efficient arrangements for your event. It is suggested to allow at least one (1) month before your event to complete the steps.
Virtual-only events and virtual-only conferences will not require approval.
